We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join fantastic schools across Swansea. Whether you're experienced in education or looking to take your first steps into the classroom, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils and helping to create a positive learning environment by:
✅ Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
✅ Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
✅ Encouraging confidence, engagement and participation
✅ Supporting children with additional learning needs
✅ Helping to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment ❤️
✅ Monitoring progress and celebrating pupil achievements ⭐
✔️ Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
✔️ A positive, patient and proactive attitude
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔️ Right to work in the UK
