Working alongside an experienced Early Years team, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that help children build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential in the education and training environment.

Salary: £465-£500 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.
• Support children's communication, language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.
• Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment.
• Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to meet each child's individual needs and developmental goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting young children's education and development.
• A caring, reliable, and professional approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead.
