We're looking for caring, dependable Classroom Support Assistants to join our team in Crawley and the surrounding areas. Whether you're seeking full‑time work or prefer flexible, day‑to‑day placements, we'll match you with schools where your support truly matters.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers with lessons, activities and classroom routines
Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support to pupils
Helping create a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting support to their learning styles
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children (experience across age groups is a bonus)
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
