Pay: £92.56 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role

As a Classroom Support Assistant in Doncaster, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

You will help children to engage with their learning, provide additional support where needed, and contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the classroom, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
  * Assist with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities
  * Encourage positive behaviour and pupil participation
  * Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  * Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  * Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders
  * Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
  * Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
  * Positive, patient, and proactive approach
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  * Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
