Teaching Personnel is working alongside a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across East Manchester that are looking to recruit Graduate Behaviour Mentors for the upcoming academic year.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing one-to-one mentoring and support for students who need additional guidance

Supporting pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and barriers to learning

Delivering targeted interventions focused on behaviour, attendance, confidence, and wellbeing

Building positive relationships that encourage engagement and progress

Supporting students within lessons and during social times

Encouraging positive behaviour through restorative and supportive approaches

Assisting in the implementation of behaviour and support plans

Recording and reporting on pupil progress and achievements
