Become the Positive Role Model a Young Person Needs
Teaching Personnel is recruiting a dedicated SEMH Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist school in Bolton this September. You will be supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and behaviours that challenge.
Many of these young people have faced barriers both in and outside of education and need supportive, consistent adults to help them build confidence, manage emotions, and achieve success. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable students every day.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping students develop positive behaviours, improve emotional regulation, and engage more successfully with learning.
