Are you passionate about helping children overcome behavioural and emotional challenges and supporting them to reach their full potential? We are looking for a caring, dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and supportive school in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), as well as behavioural, emotional and social needs. The role could be well suited to experienced Behaviour Mentors, Teaching Assistants and support workers, as well as graduates and aspiring professionals interested in Psychology, Behaviour Support, Pastoral Care, Education or SEND.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide consistent support to help children develop positive behaviours, improve their confidence and engage more successfully with their education.

You will understand that behaviour can sometimes be an indication of an underlying emotional, social or additional need. You should be confident managing challenging situations while maintaining a supportive, consistent and positive approach.
You will be committed to helping children develop greater self-awareness, resilience and confidence, while supporting them to overcome barriers that may impact their learning and wellbeing.
