an academically outstanding school in Barnet is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to being working immediately. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a fast paced and challenging environment, behaviour management techniques and experience working with ADHD. The school is well known for pushing its staff through rewarding training courses and providing them with the support they need in order to excel. Sound good?

What we expect from you:

Previous experience in assisting students with their learning
Outstanding communication skills
Behaviour management skills are compulsory
Proven track record in raising attainment levels
Use proven techniques to help with behaviour outbursts
To act in the best interest of the learners always, whilst complying with school policy
