Teaching Personnel is currently seeking Support Assistants to join a Multi Academy Trust located in Devon.

As a Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will involve working on a one-to-one basis with children. Engaging them socially whilst building a strong relationship and encouraging their academic growth. You will be expected to work both inside and outside the classroom, as you may accompany students off site a full, clean driving licence is mandatory. You will be working closely with the children, parents and other professionals to help inspire students development.

To be successful for this role, you must have a qualification of Level 3 or higher that relates to children. For Example:

-            Health & Social Care

-            Childcare

-            Sports Coaching

-            Supporting Learning and education

-            Others will be considered

Due to the high demand for Teaching Assistants, Teaching Personnel will offer you a two week paid induction. Here you will undergo all the training that you need for this role. This comprehensive program ensures familiarity with the school's ethos and vision, ensuring you start off with all you need throughout.  During this you will partake in Safeguarding Training.

At Teaching Personnel, we prioritize safe recruitment practices, requiring references from your two most recent employers and a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (either upon registration or throughout the process).
