Are you the kind of person who loves seeing a child succeed, no matter how big or small the achievement?
One of my lovely mainstream primary schools in Bournemouth is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting a child in Year 6 on a 1:1 basis.
The school is looking for someone who can provide consistency, encouragement and a calm, nurturing presence throughout the school day. You'll be helping a pupil access learning, build confidence and feel supported as they prepare for the transition to secondary school.
This isn't just about supporting learning—it's about building trust, celebrating progress and being someone who can make a real difference every single day.
If you're looking for a role where every day is meaningful and you'd love to be part of a fantastic school community, we'd love to hear from you.
