Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a leading specialist education setting in Stockport, supporting children and young people with autism, complex learning difficulties, communication needs, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities.

As a SEN Support Assistant, you'll provide tailored support that helps pupils develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and access to learning every day.

What You'll Do:

✅ Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
✅ Encourage independence and personal development
✅ Assist with communication, learning, and wellbeing
✅ Work alongside experienced teachers and therapists
✅ Help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment

What We're Looking For:
