Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Specialist SEN Support Assistant to work within a well-established secondary and post-16 special educational needs provision supporting students aged 11-19 years.
This welcoming and inclusive setting supports learners with a range of moderate and complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, sensory needs, SEMH challenges, and associated communication difficulties. The provision is committed to creating a nurturing environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally through tailored support and structured learning opportunities.
The Role
As a Specialist SEN Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students access learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills both inside and outside the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
