Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming specialist education setting in Bury to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, supporting individual learning journeys, and helping pupils overcome barriers to success.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping pupils access education and develop essential life skills by:
✅ Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support
✅ Supporting pupils with additional learning, social, emotional, and behavioural needs
✅ Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities
✅ Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive participation
✅ Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
✅ Implementing behaviour support strategies consistently and effectively
✅ Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, families, and external professionals to support pupil progress
