Teaching Personnel are seeking a confident, resilient, and compassionate Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary SEN School in Oldham from September. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for individuals who have experience working with young people and are passionate about supporting students with additional needs to achieve their full potential.
The school caters for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), and communication difficulties. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a specialist environment and supporting students who may require additional behavioural and emotional support.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will oversee classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-planned learning activities. You will build positive relationships with pupils, promote a calm and structured learning environment, and support effective behaviour management strategies throughout the day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
