  • Full-time role Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm)
  • Competitive hourly rate of pay (10.77 – 12.33 p/h)
  • No education-based qualifications required
  • School experienced is desirable but not essential
  • Prior experience working as a care/ support worker is desirable if no school experience

A specialist provision in the PR5 area is looking to hire Level 1/2 and 3 primary teaching assistants to start in the new academic year (September 2022). The need for the roles is due to a high demand for additional support within the provision. The provision is both primary and secondary, KS2-KS4, it is a PRU provision, so the pupils may display challenging behaviours, your role is to be able to diffuse these situations ensuring the safety of all pupils and remaining calm and professional throughout.
