  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons appropriate to your subject or phase.

  • Create positive, inclusive learning environments where pupils can achieve their full potential.

  • Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of learners with a range of abilities and backgrounds.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants and senior leaders.

  • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.

  • Gain valuable classroom experience that contributes towards your ECT induction.

  • Choose from day-to-day, short-term, long-term or permanent opportunities.

  • An Early Career Teacher (ECT) or newly qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Passionate about inspiring and supporting young people.

  • Eager to develop professionally and build confidence in the classroom.

  • Flexible, reliable and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.

  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents/carers.

  • Welsh-speaking skills are desirable but not essential.

Teaching Personnel will support you in obtaining:

  • Education Workforce Council (EWC) Registration.

  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.

  • Two professional references covering the last two years.
