Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Secondary Schools
Location: Great Oakley, Corby
Salary: £145–£168.80 per day, dependent on school

We have exciting opportunities for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) completing their PGCE or QTS in 2026 to join a range of supportive secondary schools across Great Oakley, Corby from September 2026. These roles offer the opportunity to secure consistent, long-term placements, with many schools providing opportunities to progress into permanent positions.
Day-to-day supply work is also available for those seeking flexibility, although the main focus is on longer-term roles where you can settle into a school, build strong relationships and develop your teaching career.
As a Secondary ECT, you will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across your specialist subject at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) opportunities. You will take on full classroom responsibilities, support student progress and contribute positively to the wider school and department.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
