This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH or additional learning needs.

  • Full-time Behaviour Support Assistant.
  • Start Date – September 2022.
  • Secondary school based in Salford.
  • Support pupils aged 11-16 who can display challenging behaviour due to additional needs.
  • Support children in small groups within a classroom or occasionally on a one-to-basis when withdrawn from mainstream classes.
  • Earn up to £1500 per month, depending on previous experience.
  • Monitor specific pupils’ progress and report these back to senior teachers.

To be shortlisted for this role, you must have relevant or transferrable experience to work with young people who have additional learning needs.

The school is located close by to the area of Salford and the M62 motorway meaning it is accessible via car and public transport from surrounding areas such as Swinton, Eccles and Worsley.
