Do you have previous experience working with young people who display challenging behaviour? Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? If so, please see the details of the position available at our partner school in North Manchester.

The school have an opening within their inclusion department for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team from Easter. This position is full time, and is ongoing until summer in the first instance.

-          Full time Behaviour Support Assistant from Easter

-          Working in small groups with identified students who display challenging behaviour

-          Supporting students in class and within the inclusion department

-          Pay in line with previous experiences, up to £100 per day.

-          Fantastic opportunity to enhance future PGCE applications

This position will give you the opportunity to liaise with the Inclusion Manager and SENCO in relation to the progress of students that you work with. You will deliver positive behaviour management strategies, along with supporting pupils during lesson times and within the inclusion unit on site.
