You will join an engaging environment and a wider academy trust, that aims to ensure all their students have the educational opportunities to bypass any hurdles found in their lives.

Role details:

• Working alongside pupils with challenging behaviour in class and on a 1:1 basis
• Create positive and trusting relationships with students.
• Support classroom teacher.
• Support students to engage in lessons.
• Be a positive role model.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting with challenging behaviour is preferable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
