Academics is in partnership with a number of high-achieving Secondary Schools across Reading to join their teams

The Teaching Assistant role:

• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
• Supporting individuals or small groups who require extra support
• Reinforce learning by explaining tasks and concepts
• Encourage students to maintain focus
• Support students outside the classroom where necessary
• Promoting positive behaviour in line with the school's policy

• Pay:£93-£110 per day
• Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract:Full-time
