Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for flexible supply work across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire?

We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers to work on a supply basis across a range of educational settings, including:

  • Mainstream schools with SEN provisions
  • Alternative Provisions (AP)
  • Specialist SEN schools
  • Resource bases and support units

Opportunities are available across both Primary and Secondary age groups.

As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve positive educational outcomes.

We are particularly interested in teachers with experience supporting students with:

  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
  • Complex communication and learning needs

Assignments may be day-to-day, short-term, or long-term, depending on your availability and preferences.

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)

✅ Experience working with pupils with SEN

✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

✅ Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs

✅ A patient, nurturing and resilient approach

✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
