We are seeking an adaptable and committed SEN Primary Teacher to join a specialist education setting in Frodsham, Cheshire.
This is an opportunity for a qualified teacher who can look beyond a conventional classroom model and deliver purposeful, individualised learning for pupils with a range of additional needs.
The setting supports pupils with autism, complex learning needs, communication difficulties and sensory needs, with education shaped around individual strengths, abilities, interests and aspirations.
The Role
This position is centred around responsive teaching rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. You will create and deliver learning that is accessible, meaningful and appropriately challenging, while supporting pupils to develop academically, socially and personally.
