- Oversee budgetary planning, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Implement effective financial systems and procedures to ensure the school's financial health.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
- Manage the recruitment, induction, and performance management of support staff.
- Oversee payroll, pensions, and staff contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to foster a positive and inclusive staff culture.
Facilities and Operations:
- Lead on premises management, including health and safety, security, and maintenance.
- Coordinate the procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts to achieve value for money.
