We are seeking dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurses to join a welcoming early years setting in the Chichester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with babies and pre-school children, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing during these crucial early years.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting babies and young children in daily routines
• Working with small groups to encourage development
• Delivering EYFS-based activities
• Promoting a safe, caring and engaging environment
• Supporting children’s social and emotional development
• Building strong relationships with children and staff
• Encouraging creativity, play and exploration

What We’re Looking For:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with young children
• Understanding of EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
