Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work across a variety of schools and nurseries in Newbury and the surrounding areas.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will work across a range of schools and nursery settings, supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 years in their learning and development
  • Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Promoting children's social, emotional, and educational development
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times
  • Assisting in creating a fun, inclusive, and stimulating environment

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or school setting
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, flexible, and caring approach
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
