Pay: £97–£123 per day (depending on hours) We are currently seeking enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) to work across a range of welcoming nurseries in Sunderland and South Shields. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate childcare professionals who are committed to supporting young children's learning and development during their crucial early years. The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent recognised qualification).
  • Have previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Be passionate about supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Have a nurturing and positive approach to childcare.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
