Teaching Personnel is working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across the S12 area of Sheffield, looking to recruit enthusiastic ECTs for a variety of opportunities in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Whether you're looking for daily supply to build experience or a longer-term role to complete your ECT induction, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire young learners.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teaching staff and leadership teams.
  • Build confidence and develop your teaching practice within supportive school settings.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS before September.
  • Passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • A flexible, positive and proactive attitude.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
