As a Cover Supervisor, responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring students remain engaged with learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
• Liaising with teaching staff and providing feedback on lesson outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a degree or have relevant experience working with young people.
• Demonstrate strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Be confident, adaptable and professional.
• Have the ability to engage and motivate secondary-aged students.
• Possess a genuine interest in education and student development.

• Work - Monday to Friday.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
