Cover Supervisor - Doncaster - Education and Training

We're looking for passionate educators who are looking for flexible Cover Supervisor opportunities in Doncaster!

Academics are a specialist education recruitment agency and are recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a flexible, temporary, ongoing basis across a large variety of secondary schools.

The role will provide a platform for you to share your passion with secondary students across a variety of schools.

Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Doncaster

Contract: Temp, Flexible Ongoing Supply

Pay: £100 - £130 per day (Dependent on experience, training, qualifications, paid via PAYE - No umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

Start date: ASAP

The Role:

This is a general cover supervisor role you will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 & KS4, driving pupils to develop a deep understanding of a variety of subjects. It is an exceptionally important opportunity to shape the education journey of students in Doncaster.

The role is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT) who are looking for flexible, temporary, ongoing cover supervisor work and have a wide knowledge base of different subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 & KS4
• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Support pupils progress and engagement
• Adapt learning to meet the needs of different pupils
• Follow school planning and curriculum expectations

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree
• Previous teaching experience, or relevant secondary teaching experience
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for education and training
