Half term is fast approaching! Are you looking for a change of roles or would you like to improve your work life balance ?

Randstad Education is looking for Secondary Supply Teachers to undertake a range of Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 placements in the local area and are able to offer any suitable teachers a Guaranteed Pay Scheme!
What is a Guaranteed pay scheme I hear you ask?
Where Randstad Education will guarantee you work for however many days work a week you are looking for. In a changing local market we are looking to offer more security of earnings for teachers working on supply.

The Job:

- Work how much or how little you would like ! We have day to day, short term , long term or permanent positions
- Open to any experience level, NQTs, fully qualified teachers, overseas qualified teachers, QTS, QTLS
- Randstad offer CPD on Teach Like A Champion, Assessment For Learning, Delivering Outstanding Lessons, Team Teach and other one off sessions that vary from term to term.

The School:

- You can work in a variey of schools from inner city schools to rural schools. Regular contact and extensive interview will ensure that your matched with the best school for you!
- We will work closely with you to establish the kind of environment and ethos that will bring out the best in you abilities.
- Over 45% of long term contracts have lead to permanent contracts in the last 18 months in the area, supply does lead to further career opportunities and Randstad Education will support you with the right tools to get the most out of long term placements to help you secure a permanent contract at the end of it.

The Child:

- Learners will be 11 tio 18 years old in most cases, Year 7 to Year 13
- Some settings will have different levels of SEN, EAL etc.
- Impact and engagement, meeting learning objectives, making a difference to each child you teach are all desirable attributes.
