We are currently recruiting for an outstanding KS1 Class teacher for a lovely 2 form entry primary school in the London Borough of Brent, North West London. Based within Cricklewood, this school is a heavily diverse, multicultural school environment where children truly thrive.
The schools most recent OFSTED report describes the school as 'Good'. The school has faced some challenges over the last few years and is now at a stable position and looking forward to the future. Teaching and learning is consistently good and behaviour is consistently good if not outstanding.

This lovely Brent Primary school are looking for an exceptional KS1 Class Teacher to start on a permanent basis from September 2018. The role is open to NQTs and those KS1 Class Teachers who may have experience or just completed their NQT year.
For an exceptional practitioner, a TLR could be on offer and this could be discussed at interview with the senior leadership team.
The ideal KS1 Class Teacher will be someone who has 'Good' if not 'Outstanding' teaching and learning skills and is able to provide an engaging curriculum that inspires and motivates young children to achieve and succeed.
The KS1 Class Teacher that joins the school will be offered an unrivalled training and development programme and NQTs will be supported through their induction. This is a school that truly values their staff and offers excellent levels of CPD and training with 1/4 of the staff enrolled onto MA programmes upon completion of their NQT year.
You'll be supported by a supportive leadership team who have a clear purpose and vision for the school. Enthusiastic teachers throughout the school who share the highest aspirations for pupils in the school. Like any school, there are still a few weakness areas but the Head and her team have clearly developed a strong school development plan which will see these moved to strengths as time goes by.
