Smile Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the M40 Oldham  area who are seeking an experienced Teacher to join their team on a long-term basis from September 2026.

This is a full-time role teaching a Year 3 class. The school is looking for a confident and strong classroom practitioner who can quickly build positive relationships, maintain high expectations and deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will:

• Have recent experience teaching within KS2
• Be confident teaching a Year 5/6 class
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
• Be reliable, adaptable and committed
• Work effectively as part of a wider school team

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous UK primary teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum

Please note: this role is not suitable for ECTs due to the level of experience required.
