As a Secondary School TA or Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment for students. You will facilitate the learning process and ensure students’ engagement in the absence of the regular teacher. Your adaptability to support diverse needs and abilities of students is critical. You will be working alongside a staff body who are fun, dedicated, hardworking and professional, who will work together to support you in reaching your potential.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in education, a related field, or relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students and motivating them to excel.
