About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to secondary aged students with diverse needs. You'll work closely with our experienced staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, offering a fulfilling and structured workday.

Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to students with PMLD, ASD, and complex needs.
• Assisting with classroom activities, lesson planning, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and engaging in learning activities.

Competitive Pay: Earn between £85-£100 per day, plus the rewarding experience of making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
