Salary: £85 - £110 per day
Supply Desk are recruiting a committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary SEN school in Edgware. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), providing tailored support that enables them to access learning, develop essential life skills and achieve their individual outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a vital role within the school's dedicated support team, helping to create a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. Working alongside teachers, therapists and other professionals, you will support pupils on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and throughout the school day, helping them to develop communication, independence, confidence and social skills.
This position would suit an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in special education, or someone with transferable skills from care or support work who has a genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
