Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant

  • Support pupils in class, helping them feel confident, calm and ready to learn

  • Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support

  • Encourage independence, positive behaviour and self-belief

  • Offer patient, nurturing emotional support when pupils need it most



We'd Love to Hear From You If You Are

  • Confident working as part of a close-knit school team

  • Experienced working with children (school experience is beneficial but not essential)

  • Able to reliably travel to Rowley Regis
