Working in Key Stage 2
Primary School on the outskirts of Clitheroe
A primary school on the outskirts of Clitheroe are hoping to source an experienced individual to tutor children in Year 4 - Year 6. You would be delivering tuition sessions, you will be supporting small groups of children outside of the room and given allocated planning time during the week. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum.
The role is to start in November and ideally the tutiton role will be for the rest of the academic year. The role is on a part time basis and the Head Teacher has stated there is flexibility with the hours/ days per week. You would be working with small groups of children focusing on Maths, Reading and SPAG. The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who can boost groups of children and build on prior knowledge. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge, equally it is suitable for an NQT looking to gain experience across Key Stage 2.
The role is to start on Monday 2nd November 2020, ideally until July 2021 on a part time basis. The successful candidate will have an informal interview with the Head Teacher and a socially distanced visit to the school.
