Role Overview: As an Early Years Teacher placed through Teaching Personnel, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners within the supportive environment of the school. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families to create a supportive learning community.
  • Use ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs.
  • Collaborate with Teaching Personnel consultants to ensure a smooth transition into your new role and access to professional development opportunities.
  • Embrace the inclusive ethos of Teaching Personnel and promote diversity and equality in all aspects of teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with early years children, preferably within a UK school setting.
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and pedagogy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement as an educator.
