You can commute easily from Saltley, Nechells, Ward End, Alum Rock, Pelham, Hodgehill, Little Bromwich and Central Birmingham where you will be joining a school whose core value is to encourage the development of self-awareness and confidence whilst at the same time promoting sensitivity, support, appreciation and respect for others.
What will you be doing?
- Planning and delivering lessons according to the national curriculum
- Providing motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles in their learning
- Offering 1:1 support where needed
- Coaching students on a wide range of academic and pastoral topics
You will be able to start in the role immediately on a full-time basis where you will be paid to scale from M1 dependant on your experience and qualifications.
About you:You will have knowledge on the school curriculum and learning stages and hold QTS. Beneficial traits for this role include patience, drive and approachability.
Ideally you will have an in-date DBS registered to the update service; if you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of £44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.
You will have experience working in Early Years settings and a good knowledge of the curriculum.
