Early Years Educator Expiring soon

Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to fostering young minds? We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our team. If you hold a Level 3 qualification in childcare and have a genuine love for supporting the development of young children, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children aged 0-5.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can flourish.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
• Observe and assess each child’s development, keeping accurate records and contributing to personalized learning plans.
• Work closely with parents and caregivers, offering feedback on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery day.
• Follow safeguarding protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Level 3 qualification in childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Previous experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
