The Role

As a Nursery Assistant / Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
• Assist with age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Support children's emotional, social, and educational development
• Assist with daily routines, care needs, and indoor/outdoor activities

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of the EYFS curriculum is desirable
• Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable
• Relevant safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare
