A cover supervisor position is the ideal opportunity to gain the necessary skills and experience for those considering applying to teacher training courses or for those looking for some experience alongside a current course. Applicants will ideally have previous experience working within young people, but you do not need a teaching qualification.

Within this role the successful applicants will mainly be covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers. You will also be expected to manage behaviour in line with the school policies and ensure all tasks are completed by pupils.

Our client schools are based across Bolton with access from surrounding areas such as Farnworth, Prestwich and central Manchester via the M66 and A56. For non-drivers, the schools can be accessed by several public transport links from neighbouring areas.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
