Overview

We are currently seeking applications for Cover Supervisors to work in Swansea. This role will work around your commitments, offering flexibility that suits you. Cover Supervisor is the ideal role for an individual considering working with children, looking to experience a range of educational environments, offering the opportunity to adapt to a variety of student abilities. A Cover Supervisor will work in a range of differing schools.

Duties:

As a Cover Supervisor your main job role will to be to manage any lesson in a teacher’s absence. Pre prepared material will be allocated. As a Cover Supervisor you will offer students additional help if required. Maintaining a motivated and focused environment, being mindful of mixed ability pupils. Cover Supervisors promote an independent learning environment for students. Displaying confidence to challenge behaviour while maintaining a conflict free atmosphere. Provide feedback, on achievements, progress, and any problems.

Qualifications 

  • Graduate Level Qualification
  • Enhanced DBS
  • EWC (Educational Workforce Council)
  • Safeguarding

Experience is preferred but not required.
