Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside this busy and excelling primary school located in north Birmingham. We are currently seeking a Year 4 Early Career Teacher to join the team from September 2024.

We are currently seeking a Year 4 Teacher to join this welcoming team from September 2024 until the end of the 2024/25 academic year. Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply as systems are in place to provide support to any ECT completing their induction terms. The successful applicant will be carrying out all usual roles and responsibilities associated with a class teaching position, including marking and planning. Pathways for career growth and progression are already in place, including routes into middle leadership roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic school with career progression opportunities already in place. The school is located in north Birmingham, within proximity to Great Barr, Handsworth, Birchfield and Birmingham City Centre. The expected salary range for this role is between £140-190 per day, depending on experience.

What to expect from applicants?

We would like applicants to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply for this role due to systems already being in place to support through induction terms.
