Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
*A sound understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*A commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching.
*Experience in implementing assessment strategies to track student progress.
