  • Provide individualised and group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans based on student needs and goals.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practises.
  • Proven experience as a tutor or teacher.
  • Strong knowledge of subject matter and educational techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Valid DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching preferred.

  • Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or related field.
  • Additional certifications in specific subjects.
  • Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling.
  • Work primarily in educational institutions or private tutoring centres.
  • May require travel to student's homes or other locations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
