Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers? We’re looking for the right individual who would be eager to join our team as the Engineering Trainer and Assessor.

Teaching Personnel are working with our partner school based in Cambridge who are looking for a full-time educator to join them as their Engineering Trainer and assessor, commencing September 2024. You’ll join the school’s Engineering department and play a vital role in nurturing pupil’s skills and guiding them toward a bright future.

In your role you will:

  • Evaluate students’ proficiency according to industry qualification criteria.
  • Offer guidance and instruction to learners at their workplace.
  • Accurately document assessment results.
  • Assist in preparing learners for their End Point Assessment.
  • Maintain comprehensive records for candidates utilising both written and computerised formats.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong enthusiasm for training and enhancing skills.
  • Essential qualifications at Level 4 or higher in engineering disciplines.
  • Essential certification as an assessor.
  • Previous experience within relevant industries.
  • While additional qualifications or experience in related areas would be advantageous, they are not mandatory.
