Job Title: Textiles Teacher.

Hours: Part Time – Monday to Thursday.

Key stages: 3 and 4.

Start Date: ASAP.

Location: Skelmersdale (WN8).

An opportunity has arisen at a lovely Secondary School in the Skelmersdale (WN8) area. The school requires a Textiles Teacher to join their team on a continued basis. This role is to begin ASAP and will run into the next academic year.

This role will require the right candidate to teach textiles to students across all age groups across KS3 and KS4. During this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong and supportive school team. This is an exciting opportunity for either a Fully Qualified Teacher or an Early Careers Teacher.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with Secondary school aged children
  • A passion for the progress of Secondary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience working as an Textiles Teacher
  • Have a DBs on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
