Teaching Assistant

We are working with a secondary school in Moston who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start with them after the Easter break.

The role will involve working in the school’s new learning centre. (Hours would be 8.15 – 3.15 each day).

Key Details:

• The students have a lower-than-average reading age and require support with phonics.
• The school require the incoming TA to have experience supporting young people previously however, are keen for someone who has an engaging personality and can build a relationship with the pupils.
• The school will be provided full training for this role.
• This role is a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to progress further permanently if the centre is a success.

This role will be suitable for experience support staff and those with a past of cont=ducting literacy interventions with students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
